Moreover, information and communication technology (ICT) devices and services have streamlined repetitive administrative works and have integrated and synchronized data collection. Combining ICT’s strengths with the healthcare industry could further make health services more cost-effective by reducing excessive workload and labor. Furthermore, doctors with smart devices can quickly grasp a patient’s condition and provide medical care with precision.
