John Livingstone’s practice focuses on U.S. district court patent litigation involving tjohn-d-livingstone20164719he pharmaceutical, chemical, and biotechnology arts. He has a broad range of litigation experience representing patent owners as well as accused infringers in all phases and types of litigation, including patent, trade secret misappropriation, trademark, and copyright litigation. Mr. Livingstone provides strategic portfolio management and litigation counseling to both foreign and domestic clients and evaluates corporate patent portfolios in connection with mergers and acquisitions and in-licensing opportunities.
