金斯瑞生物科技（GenScript Biotech）的子公司傳奇生物科技（Legend Biotech）於 6 月 5 日（美國時間），在美國那斯達克（NASDAQ）股市上市，代號為 LEGN。上市首日收盤，其股價大漲 60.87%，市值飆升至 47.86 億美元。
Legend Biotech 首次公開發行（initial public offerings, IPO）18425000 股美國存託股票（American depositary shares, ADS），每股普通股定價為 23.00 美元，總收益為 4.238 億美元，預計 IPO 將於 2020 年 6 月 9 日結束。
此外，Legend Biotech 已授予承銷商（underwriters） 30 天的選擇權，使其可以公開發行價格購買最多 2763750 股 ADS，並且減去承銷折扣和佣金。所有的 ADS 都由 Legend Biotech 提供。
除了在 IPO 中出售的股票外，Legend Biotech 還宣布按公開發行出售 1043478 股普通股，調整後的價格反應私募配售給母公司 GenScript Biotech 的 ADS 普通股比例。這些普通股的出售將不會根據經修訂的 1933 年《證券法》進行註冊。併購私募也計劃於 2020 年 6 月 9 日截止，但仍要滿足慣例成交條件。
Legend Biotech 專注於多發性骨髓瘤（multiple myeloma）CAR-T 療法的開發。其中，LCAR-B38M 和 JNJ-4528 為他們主力的 CAR-T 療法，主要標靶 B 細胞成熟抗原（B-cell maturation antigen，簡稱 BCMA）。另外，他們也在 2017 年與楊森生物科技公司（Janssen Biotech）簽署全球合作合約，共同研發 CAR-T，以及生產、申請上市許可，以及後續行銷販售。
