Robin Winter 教授（1950 年 10 月 26 日 – 2004 年 01 月 10 日）畢生發現許多遺傳性疾病的致病基因變異，更負責持續更新全球用於診斷先天性疾病的兩大資料庫 — London Dysmorphology Database和 London Neurogenetics Database，對於遺傳性疾病的診斷貢獻良多。
